Where do they find these people?
A bunch of new guys started at work yesterday, unskilled laborers are generally called 'biscuits'. The reason is most of them are complete tools. One of them introduces himself as a "celebrity" because he has "800 friends on myspace". I proposed a few minutes silence to bask in his awesomeness but somehow we managed to work on. Another apologized for being overweight (wtf?) and proceeded to not shut up and talk in internet slang saying things like "that is fail" etc. It was worse when he followed us into the lunch room and proceeded to but into every conversation we tried to have with his own experiences. I'm not begrudging someone trying to fit in or being pleasant however this guy was one of those one up style people who talks as if he's talking to an audience instead of a person, pausing for laughter that never comes etc. Maybe it's a byproduct of chat rooms or something. All I know is it shits me. Other then that some asshole I train with passed on a staph infection to me. This means no wrestling for two weeks. I think I'm going to get a long sleeve rashy and leggings when I get back to stop this shit happening again. Much love to all :) |
